Nikolai has a huge obsession with the sea. Anytime he would go to an aquarium he would jump around, giggle, and sometimes talk for hours about it. But fyodor didn’t mind. He loves listening to Nikolai talk about his interests. Right now he’s heading to the new aquarium with Nikolai who has happily following behind him.
“Yay! I’m so excited Dos-Kun!” He smiled. “We Are almost there. Just a Little longer” fyodor said. Once they go there they checked in and headed for the exhibit. “Woah.” Nikolai looked in awe at all the sea creatures. “Arent sharks Just so cool! Fun fact…” Nikolai began to babble on about the facts about Sharks while Fyodor listened. He always enjoyed listening him talk. His voice when he was talking about something he loved was like silk.
“Let’s go see more!” He grabbed Fyodors hand and dragged him to the sting rays. Each of them got a change to pet them. Nikolai started to get fidgety because he was so excited. “Calm down Kolya please? Our turn will arrive soon” He patted Nikolais back, getting him to calm down.
It was finally their turn. They petted the stingrays and Nikolai has never been happier. He was smiling and began to talk about Stingrays. Fyodor was pleased to say the least that he petted some stingrays. Nikolai was waiting outside the shop drinking some apple juice. Fyodor walked out holding a bag. “Kolya, I got you a gift.” Fyodor smiled while handing it to Nikolai. As he pulled out the gift his smile grew and grew. His eyes showed a glow that only a few selected get to see. “DOS-KUN IS THIS A SHARK STUFFED ANIMAL?” He jumped and smiled. Fyodor nodded before Nikolai ran into him, giving him the biggest hug known to man kind.
The visit ended after they watched a orca show. Nikolai was sleepy and really wanted to sleep. Fyodor grabbed his hand and helped him get home. Once they got inside, he gave Nikolai his favorite food, Syrniki. Nikolai quickly ate the food and changed into his water themed pjs before being tucked in bed. “Please stay, Dos-Kun.” He yawned. Fyodor sighed before leaving to change his clothes. He laid down before feeling a pair of arms behind him. He smiled as he heard soft snoring.
In-between them was the shark stuffed animal which will probably cause Fyodor’s back to cramp😔
