Michael’s face went pink, and he smiled softly. “Yeah, I’m glad you’re alive— I mean, um! I-I’m glad I’m alive!” He fumbled over his words. You set your first aid items aside the couch, making sure his hand was well wrapped before you continued.
You held his jaw gently and he closed his mouth, lips pressed in a tight line as you guided his face to look at yours. “Michael, just shut up and kiss me already.”
