Summary
Jara Rydek assumes for the very first time the position of first officer under the command of Captain Solano. Like many before her, she discovers that being given command of others is a much different thing than having command. Jara's determined to earn the trust of her colleagues and to become a great first officer. The Final Frontier has other plans.
