“You should be more careful,” came a cautionary voice.
Startled, Argos stumbled on the Parisian rooftop, quickly turning around to see who spoke to him.
Nathalie stood on a nearby rooftop terrace, an aura of resignation enveloping her. Was this her home? Did she even have a home outside of the Agreste's?
An imperceptible emotion lay on Nathalie’s face, and Argos grew uneasy. This could be a trap.
“What do you mean?” Argos replied.
“The peafowl miraculous,” she said, gesturing to the brooch. “It's dangerous. It can hurt—”
“It’s fixed,” Argos snapped, “I won’t make the same mistakes you did.”
Nathalie sighed, “That isn’t what I—" she turned around and started walking away. "Yes, Felix, I am sure that you won’t.”
