Jasper stared at him intensely «but I know how much pain it costs you. And I want to remind you that you are not only our leader but a symbol for us. Our flag. You remind us that we are not monsters or beasts... if we choose not to be. Human life is still possible for us, thanks to you. We face the world that fears us, under your banner. We were lost, but you found us. We were not redeemable, but you forgave us. We were alone but you took care of us, and you love us despite our mistakes. For me these are values that must be defended by every possible means. I want you to know that I am incredibly proud to call you a father.»
