Summary
What if after five years the love of your life returns? Carina and Maya were in the happiest time of their life. Maya had gotten her captaincy back and Carina was pregnant with their baby girl. Everything was going amazing until Carina gave birth to their daughter Rosalie Jayde. She developed Postpartum depression and didn't know how to deal with it. Maya knew about her depression but Carina had made her believe that therapy and medication was helping her when it wasn't. One day Carina packed up Rosie's things and left her at the firehouse with Maya telling her she had a therapy appointment. Little did Maya know Carina had actually left for Italy without leaving anything but a note saying that she needed time to find herself. She couldn't hurt Maya or her daughter anymore. After realizing that Carina wasn't coming back Maya had to step up and be a single parent to her daughter. She didn't want anything to do with Carina after she left her.
