    When Kojiro is invited to his cousin's wedding in Italy, his mother forbids him from "bringing a giggly little tart to a large family event." But the idea of going to an Italian wedding without a date of his own sends dread through his entire body. So, he tells a little white lie to get his mother off his back about a person he's been seeing for a few weeks that he can ask to be his date.

    Enter: Kaoru, who shows up at Sia la Luce one night complaining about needing a vacation. So Kojiro asks him how a week in Italy in autumn sounds. It's perfect, right? Kojiro has his date and Kaoru gets his vacation.
