Summary
Novice vampire hunter Reki can’t seem to catch this vampire. They fight, but no matter how many times Reki manages to pin the vampire he can never seem to land the killing blow. Still, they keep crossing paths, almost like the vampire is seeking him out...
When a threat far bigger than any vampire shows up, Reki’s only hope to prevent disaster is to work with the creature he had been trying to kill. In the process, he starts to realize many of his assumptions about the vampire might have been wrong, but none of it will matter if they can’t make it through the night.
