Nick whispers the last request so quietly, Charlie almost doesn’t hear it. Reaching out slowly, Charlie interlocks his pinky finger around Nick’s. A small jolt of electricity runs through Charlie at the feeling of the other boy’s warm hand.
“I promise. I wouldn’t laugh at you if it was something serious… Well, not until you feel better about it, at least.”
Nick Nelson and Charlie Spring were supposed to attend Harry Greene’s party 16th birthday party, have some fun and really bond. When Harry pulls Nick away to talk to Tara Jones, Charlie is left alone at the party where he meets a boy with purple hair and a loud mouth. Cue teen angst, drama and sexual discovery.
