Summary
Jooyeon always know he is stupid - proven by how he cooked rice cake in a rice cooker and for it to explode, thankfully, his mother didn't kick him out but all he got was a pinch in his sides and a 2 days earful nagging- so he didn't really put much thought when his heart starts beating fast whenever Kwak Jiseok- his class's top student- give him a glance nor waves at him, he didn't mind when his brain starts to notice every single and smallest thing Jiseok does, and he certainly didn't really think about it when one of his friends, Hyeongjun, lays out the idea that maybe, he has this little ( they actually said huge but hey, it's not huge) crush on the top student to which he just laughs off and ended up with Hyeongjun giving him a disappointed sigh before saying,
"You really are stupid, Lee Jooyeon"
or
months later, he finally faces his fear by realizing that maybe, his dear friend is right about having a crush on the top student, and its suffocating that he doesn't know how to say it- gladly, he may be stupid but his friends are smart enough to give him an idea to confess and what's more romantic and ideal confession than to sing your heart out on school's festival with your crush in the front row.
