   The story begins with Layla, a talented musician who just finished a performance with her band. On her way home, she witnesses an old lady being robbed by a man with a gun. Without hesitation, the girl runs towards the robber, only to find herself in a fight for her life. She was overpowered and seriously wounded, as she closes her eyes and passes out a surge of energy runs through her body. When she wakes up, she finds herself in the Marvel Universe where almost all her favorite people are dead.
