When the bell rings for a firefighter one last time, this is their final path. They have completed their duty and can finally rest, their memory left to be remembered by their firehouse.
It's those who live, that find the path the hardest. It's a long journey to a peace of mind, that not everyone gets. It's a burden, carried every single day; the guilt of surviving. But they were all united in it. United in their grief.
