River was sure of her choice. She had to be, but looking upon the Doctor she held small regret. If she didn't do this, she never would have a chance to meet him, know him, she probably wouldn't be born.
It would cause a splinter in the universe, and if he wasn't there to save it. Who would?
And so, when she made her choice and closed her eyes. There was the sound of a wolf howling, it echoed across River's entire being.
A bright light appeared and out stepped Bad Wolf, wait-no. Rose Tyler, and behind her walked a girl similar in appearance, maybe in her teens.
Gently, carefully, Rose pulled. Splitting River, so that part of her was uploaded. Rose knew it necessary for River to be uploaded. But only partially.
She gestured for the young girl, Mia Tyler to help her with making sure that the split was done without any mishaps. After long work, the separation was complete.
When River opened her eyes, she fully expected nothing. But instead leaning over her was a Goddess bathed in gold.
And she spoke it was like the first rain of a season, "Hello River, finally decided to wake up from your slumber? Or perhaps your only partially awake and you need a kiss?"
A lovely chuckle escaped River, "While you do look gorgeous and I wouldn't mind it. I would like to know your name Dear."
A smile settled on her face, "Well then, Professor Song," there was teasing sound in her voice, "My name is Rose. Rose Tyler."
Surprise clouded Rivers mind for a moment before she began to speak again, "...Rose Tyler? The same who travelled with him?"
"The very same."
The moment was interrupted by a gagging sound across the room coming from Mia, "Gods Mum. At least flirt when I'm bit nearby! I don't wanna hear you flirting with Dad-half dad's? wife. Whatever, I just dont want to hear your flirting with her."
River looked over at Rose.
Rose caught her eye and sighed, "River, this is my daughter Mia. Mia, be nice."
