Chapter Text
...Well...The best way to tell you about it is this way.
Once upon a time, not too long ago actually, there lived a little girl. She had long and white hair, mostly wore red and also had unusually red eyes. She was still young and didnt know too much about the world. But if there was one thing she did know, that is that her parents werent the best of people.
Still, she didnt think too much about it, she loved her parents because this is what good children do, no? She wanted to love them and... she wanted them to love her back. She always thought how wonderful it would be if they did. She always wanted the perfect family out of the movies she'd been watching. She always dreamt about it, day in, day out. But... It never happend. The girl isnt too sad about it, she thinks there's still hope. She continues to belive in it.
And so... The days pass by. The girl lives the same everyday. Nothing happens... Its always the same... She goes to school, gets back home, hears her parents fight and scream... its awful. She doesnt think too much about it and returns to her room to do homework and stare out of her window. Most of the times, she feels someone staring with her... She knows they're there, they're observing. She calls them the "Monster". If she had to describe them she would probably say: they have big and shining white eyes, they are really tall and look like a shadow figure and they dont have a mouth or a body form. They just behave like liquid glued on a wall.
Most of the kids her age still think there are monsters lurking underneath the bed or watching through the open door of the closet... Which of course is pure nonsense.
Although it may be... still she feels them, sees them and sometimes swears she could hear them. They're observing her every night she goes to bed, watching from the corner of her room. She just knows it. She has told her mother countless times but she just wont listen. She says its nonsense and the girl should go to sleep and worry about something else, the real problems. Little does she know, this has become a real problem for the little girl. She feels uncomfortable and feels like she might die any second if this Monster keeps staring.
One evening although, the little girl had a fight with her mom, she always does... The mother tells her shes not worth it and that she would rather have not had the girl in the first place because she cant deal with this useless kid. The little girl runs up to her room, fists bawled and tears streaming down her face, yet she is barely muttering a sound. She is giving her best, she is trying, really hard. She cant do more than she is already doing but they dont understand... Any of them. So, the girl lets herself fall on her bed and curls into a ball, covering her face with her knees.
Someone is watching all this happen... Someone from the corner of the room looks at her with pity. They understand her and know all about the situation. They want to reach out to her... So they decide it's time. They start moving from the corner, so closely to the walls that they could litterly be one with the wall. Finally, as they stand besides the bedboard, looking down at the girl still not noticing them, they try to reach out their hand... They seperate from the wall and actually take on a human like form, just way taller than normal humans and also not fully human since their other appearances didnt change.
They look at their hands confused, moving each finger one by one. They lift their head up and down, seemingly excited about their new form. But then they come back to reality. Shaking their head, they now reach out their hand to the little girl again. Actually taking their hand back a few times, thinking about it and struggling, they are finally, finally amlost patting the girl on her shoulder before they notice... The girl stopped crying. A few tears still rolling down her cheeks but her eyes focused on the figurine. Her look... terrified.
