David laughed in between Exer attacking him with kisses as they cuddled on Exer’s bed.
“How is this real!” David giggled as Exer hugged him.
“How is what real?” Exer smiled, looking into his eyes with love.
David smiled contently back at him. “ This, ” he repeated. “You, here, kissing me.”
Exer’s smile calmed, looking down at David's lips before kissing him again. “I don't know either.”
“I just.. never thought you would love me like this..” David said softly cupping his cheeks.
“Who wouldn't?” Exer smirked watching as David’s face flushed.
David pushed him away playfully. “Pfsh.. stop being so sappy” he laughed.
“What it's true!” Exer giggled in response, laying back down on the bed.
David sighed in content, laying down on his back as well, snuggling up to Exer.
“What did you think about me,” Exer thought out loud, looking up at the ceiling. “Y'know, when we first met, at the arcade.”
David turned to the side to look at Exer. “I thought you were gonna be mean, to be honest.” He laughed quietly, “Like I thought you'd be a bully.”
Exer laughed, turning to look back at him. “What?” he laughed.
“Yeah, I know. Who knew you'd be such a sappy loser?” David smirked as Exer shoved him. “But then.. I dropped all my coins, and you came up to me,” David recalled. “You picked up all my coins with one hand, And then you pulled a coin from behind my ear. I still remember how when I laughed, you smiled so wide.” David giggled at the memory.
“Well, what do you think about me now?” Exer smiled, half lidded as he looked at David.
“You already know,” He laughed, grabbing onto Exer’s hand.
Exer rolled his eyes playfully. “Yeah, well, I wanna hear it again.”
David blushed looking away. “I.. You're perfect,” he smiled. “You're my favourite person .” David smirked, teasing him.
“Haha, very funny.” Exer huffed sarcastically, but David didn't miss the dark blush rushing up to his cheeks.
“Well, What'd you think about me?” David mumbled.
Exer’s blushed deepened. “Geez, now that I try to remember;” he blinked. “I faintly remember.. thinking you were very pretty.”
David huffed, cheeks beginning to flush. “Oh, come on.”
“No I-I'm serious.” Exer laughed sheepishly. “I made you drop your coins on purpose with my magic so I could walk up and talk to you.”
“You're joking.” David smiled as he watched Exer shake his head no, embarrassed. “Oh my god, you're serious!” David laughed. “That's so cute!”
Exer rolled his eyes with a smile, not able to hide his blush stained cheeks.
“What about now?” David smiled wider, shifting closer to Exer.
“The same I guess..” Exer looked away bashfully. “I.. I think I love you.”
David’s eyes widened. “R-really?” He stuttered, as his face heated up.
“Well, yeah. I thought that was obvious?” Exer whispered.
“I- I mean I knew you liked me but– wow– hearing you say you love me is like..” David looked away. “Wow.”
Exer’s own eyes widened. “I.. guess I didn't realize that was the first time.” Exer smiled. “But it's true and.. It's been true for a while. I never got the chance to tell you.”
David smiled back, because he didn't understand how he could be so lucky to be with the Exer Campbell. The Exer Campbell was dating him and he loved him . He would never get over that.
“I love you too.” David leaned in to kiss Exer.
Exer kissed him back, smiling into the kiss. He loves Exer Campbell.
