“I don’t really take holidays…”
Sarah’s protest is soft but she knows she can’t exactly refuse Jenny either.
“Neither do I… but we both need it and have time.”
So they go, they go and Sarah feels herself relax more as she settles beside Jenny near the pool. They talk, quietly, as they rest and Sarah knows she should be happy that Jenny convinced her to take a break. She is, deep down, she’s just not used, yet, to being loved so dearly. Jenny, for her part, surprises Sarah every day by relaxing with her and showing her nothing but gentle and loving support.
They spend days on end alone together, resting and healing their bodies and minds. Love comes to form deeper and deeper as they spend time alone, Sarah and Jenny both knowing that they would have to hide their feelings when at work, but the rest of the time they would be allowed to love and love freely.
