His hair sticks to his head with sweat, droplets running down his back. Alador shivers and trembles with exhaustion, only staying on his feet because he leans against his workbench. Hunched over his work, his nose tickles and Alador turns his head in time to avoid sneezing all over his work. Again.
Titan, he feels dreadful.
He longs to go to bed and rest until he finally gets over the fire flu…
But he can’t. Odalia won’t let him take a break, and he knows her too well to risk disobeying her.
So, he keeps working. And working. And working…
