There are a lot of stories about superheroes. These stories show them beating up bad guys, returning the innocent people's wallets, saving them from falling buildings, always saving the day.

Ugh...

Where I'm I? It looks like... A room?

I rack my brain, trying to remember the last thing I remember.

The last thing I remember... I was in a boat and... Someone emitted sleeping gas to me. That's about it.

I sighed as I got up from the ground. "Well better find out what's going on." I mused. I looked around the room. Let's see what's here...

After a bit of searching, I found a piece of paper. Let's see what it says...

Hello Kid Cat! Welcome to Lost City, where you and other superheroes are going to play the Super Defeation game.

"What's the Super Defeation game?" I hear you ask. Well, it's quite simple, just find the supervillain Trap Card (me, lol) and defeat them. When you do I'll let you go, no strings attached.

Sounds easy right? Well, there are robots roaming around everywhere in the city, and they want to kick superhero butt. There's another problem but... I'll tell you after you have meet everyone and get into a safehouse, which are buildings with a green S on it. Hopefully all of you will be there, as if one of you got defeated by the "tutorial" bots, well are you really a superhero if you can get defeated that easily?

You all should beat the tutorial bots easily, so I'll see you soon anyway!

As soon as I finish reading, the door unlocks. I guess reading this triggered that.

... Trap Card, huh. Sounds like they just want us to fight them. Well, after living on an island where nothing happens for a few years, I sure do want some action! So I can't complain that much.

Anyway, let's get out of this building and go outside.

So I opened the door, and found myself on massive street, with even more massive buildings looking down.

"Wow" I said in awe of this place. I seen city's before, but not one this big!

"Oh. My. Goodness."

I turned to see where that voice came from, only to be quickly hugged by a kaiju.

"Your so cute!"

"Argh! Please let me go! Your squishing me!"

The kaiju let me go, looking like he recovered himself.

"Oh, I'm so sorry, kitty! Are you alright?" The kaiju said to me. He looked worried about me, he probably wonders if he broke anything.

I give the kaiju my biggest smile."Yeah, I'm alright. You just freaked me out with your surprise hug."

The kaiju breath a sigh of relief."Heh, sorry about that, kitty. I was overloaded with your cuteness."

"Well, a ton of folks think I'm cute, so I'm not surprised, psst. I'm Kid Cat, by the way."

The kaiju gasped. "YOUR Kid Cat? I'm your biggest fan!"

"Really? No wonder you wanted to hug me, kaiju!"

The kaiju chuckles. "Oh, right I forgot to introduce myself. I'm one of the members of Big Hero 6, Fredzilla!"

I heard of Big Hero 6! They are a team of superheroes protecting their city of San Fransokyo from bad guys.

"Nice to meet you, Fredzilla! I heard of Big Hero 6, so it's cool to actually meet one of them."

Fredzilla was flattered. "You heard of us? I knew that we were going to make it big time as superheroes! I can't wait to tell the others that Kid Cat knows us." Fredzilla then sadly added "Although, it's just me that supervillain kidnapped, so it may be a while before I get the chance."

"Oh no, psst. You must've been so lonely!"

"Yeah, but now I have you to talk to, and fight... Robots, was it?"

"Yeah, psst. That's what the paper said. Although I haven't seen any yet."

Fredzilla shuddenly panicked. "Kid Cat, watch out! There's robots behind you!"

I looked behind me, and there were 10 robots, with one of them pointing their blaster arm at ME. They then shot a energy ball at me, but I was able to easily doge it, thanks to Fredzilla's warning.

I was excited. Finally, the moment I have been waiting for!

"Hey Fredzilla, want to help me beat up these bots?"

Fredzilla became excited. "Would I? I'll be honoured!"

Fredzilla then went up to the the robot who tried to shoot me. "Watch this! Fire breath!" He then, indeed, breath flames into the robot, turning it to ash.

I was going to tell him "good job!", But I saw that there was a robot with a sword coming towards Fredzilla. Thankfully, I was able to knock it out with a punch before it got to him.

"Thanks! Now, Tail swipe!" Fredzilla swiped his tail at 6 robots, who all fell down like bowling pins. "Alright, just two more left- oof!"

A robot had just punched Fredzilla, making him stumble a bit. "Nice punch, bot! Now here's my own in return!" Fredzilla punched the robot with an uppercut, knocking it's head off. I kicked the last bot, finally ending the battle.

"Well that was a good practice battle, psst." I then turned to Fredzilla. "Are you okay?"

"Yep! I barely felt a thing, so I'm good if other round of robots show up!"

I breathe a sigh of relief. "That's good. Well, we should walk around and see if there are any other superheroes like us here, psst."

Fredzilla became exited. "Oh, yeah, there are other superheroes here! I can't wait to meet them and work together to beat up the mastermind behind this! Trap Card doesn't know what's coming for them!"

I fully agreed to that sentiment. "We still have to find a safehouse, psst. As well as dealing with other robots we might get across."

Yeah, your right. Lead the way, Kid Cat!"

"Alright, psst! Let's go!"

So we head off, going deeper into this city, wondering what else we might find...

Chapter Text

For a while, the two of us walked through the city without much hassle. Just me and Fredzilla walking through this bizarre city, talking about random stuff. Things such as Fredzilla’s powers (“I have fire breath, and I can leap tall buildings! How about you?” “Not much, I can move pretty fast and have claws, psst.”) or our homes.

Eventually, we came across a sign with a crude drawing of something with 8 arms. 

“Huh, well that’s interesting, psst.” I said, looking at the drawing with great interest.

“It looks like a big box with stick arms!” Fredzilla says excitedly “I guess the we are going towards the first boss, huh?"

“Yeah, looks like it. And I’m guessing it’s guarding the safehouse entrance, psst.”

“Well, it’s probably going to be tough battle, but I believe it’s going to be no match for us!”

So we went forward though the city, and soon enough, we found a robot with eight arms protecting a building with an S on it.

As for the robot itself, it was floating off the ground, it's body pretty small and all eight arms had blaster arms.

This annoyed Fredzilla greatly. "Oh, great, a Zoner."

"What's a Zoner?" I asked.

"Basically somebody who just sits in one spot and spams long range attacks."

"That sounds really annoying, psst."

"Yeah, but they are defenseless up close. So let’s-“ Fredzilla started running towards robot, “Rush in!”

I followed behind Fredzilla, as the robot began to shoot... Mini robots?

"Psst, do zoners send out more targets to defend themselves?"

Fredzilla grimaces at the robots that have landed in front of us. “No, they don’t. But it looks like we have to get through these guys first.”

"Alright then, let’s clear the way!” I said, as I uppercut a robot.

Fredzilla breathed fire on the other robots, but all the robots we defeated were quickly replaced with more.

“Wha-“ Fredzilla was so shocked by this turn of events that he was wide open for some robots to punch him… which was what happened!

“Oof! ugh! gah!” Fredzilla groaned, as the robots punched him. I ran towards the robots harassing Fredzilla, quickly taking them out.

“Thanks for the save, Kid Cat!” Fredzilla cheered.

"No problem!" I replied. I then destroyed a few more robots, but again, they were quickly replaced. “Psst, they just keep coming!” I grumbled. “If only we had somebody who could fly towards that big bot…”

Suddenly, an epic guitar solo started to play from somewhere. “Did you say you needed reinforcements?” We looked to where that voice was coming from, and saw two superheroes. One looked like a kid, who had a blue and orange supersuit with a blue cape. The other was a dog with green and blue supersuit, which the kid was riding on.

“Here comes Johnny X and Super Pooch to beat that bot summoner!” The kid said heroically. 

“We should use hurricane breath!” Suggested the dog.

Then they took a deep breath, and blowed a big wind towards the bot summoner. But just when the wind was about to hit the bot, it got repelled back to the two new heroes on the scene , knocking them out of the air in separate directions!

I quickly reacted, running towards the kid. “Fredzilla, go catch the dog!” I called out. "I got the kid!"

"10-4, super buddy!" Fredzilla replied back, as he went towards the dog.

.... Super buddy? Heh, I like that. Anyway, we both manage to catch our targets before they hit the ground.

"Gotta!" I say as I catch the kid. The kid looks back at me and says "Thanks for that, kitty!" as I let go of him.

“No problem!” I replied, as some robots started to close in on the two of us. "Um, can you blow these bots away?"

The blue and orange superhero smirked. "That's no problem for me, Johnny X!"

Oh, so the kid is Johnny X? which would mean-

"Don't forget me, Super Pooch!" Joined Johnny X's partner, Super Pooch. Quickly, the two of them blasted whirlwind at the robots, blowing them to the sky. 

"Alright!" I cheered " Now the main baddie is open!"

"It's Fredzilla time." Fredzilla smirked, as he then leaped high into the air towards the puppetbot, and called out "Flying Kick!"

Fredzilla kicked the bot so hard, the bot crashed into the ground, and stopped moving.

"We did it!" I cheered.

"Well that wasn't as bad as I thought" says Super Pooch.

Suddenly, the robot wirls back to life, and transforms in front of our eyes, into a bigger, bulker robot!

"A second phase!?" Fredzilla cried out "and this early too? That's unfair!"

"I told you to stop saying that, dog!" Johnny X scolded.

While we were distracted, the robot raised its oversized hand, and slap us backwards!

"Owie!" I cried in pain, as I layed down on the ground on my backside. I moan as I tried to get up. "Is everyone okay?"

"Gruh... Yeah, I've been though worse." Fredzilla groaned, trying to get up.

I looked at Johnny X and Super Pooch, who looked like they were trying to stay conscious. Then I looked back at the robot, who was about to unleash a powerful blast.

"Well," I said sadly "It was nice knowing you, Fredzilla. Even though we barely had a lot of time together."

"Don't give up, Kid Cat!" Fredzilla cried, as he pointed below the robot. "Look!"

I looked at where Fredzilla was pointing, and I see that the robots shadow is getting smaller! The robot got confused about why we weren't paying attention to it, when a shadow of a flipper tap it on the shoulder. "Hey." It turns around, only for the shadow penguin to punch the robot so hard, it got launched into the air, where it blew up!

Johnny X looked at the superhero penguin, who just came out of shadow mode. "Who is that?" He asks.

Fredzilla and I have out an audible gasp. "You don't know about Club Penguin's own superhero, Shadow Guy?" Fredzilla asked.

Super Pooch and Johnny X shared a glance of confusion. "Uh, no?" They both said.

"Shadow Guy saved Club Penguin from a giant squid monster!" I told them. "After that he fought some Supervillans who wanted to blow up the island. Fortunately, he managed to save the day, along with his partner, Gamma Gal!"

Shadow Guy had just landed near us, rubing the back of his head in embarrassment. "Aw, come on, it's not fair that you know so much about me, but I don't know much about you."

I react with shocked. "Oh yeah, introductions! I'm The number one villager superhero, Kid Cat, psst." I let out my biggest smile to him.

"I'm Fredzilla, a member of the superhero team Big Hero 6!" Fredzilla told Shadow Guy. "Oh, and those two" he points to Johnny X and Super Pooch "are Johnny X and Super Pooch."

"Let me guess." Shadow Guy mused. "Johnny X is the kid in a blue and orange supersuit, and Super Pooch is the dog in a green and blue supersuit?"

"Uh, yeah." Said Johnny X, looking annoyed at us. "I thought it was easy to tell!"

"They are just check-" Super Pooch tried to say, only to get an elbow to the gut by Johnny X. "OW!"

Shadow Guy turned towards me and Fredzilla. "Hey, you guys didn't see Gamma Gal around, did you?

I shook my head. "Sorry" said Fredzilla "We didn't find her on the way."

"Figures." Shadow Guy spoke. "I just hope she's ok.."

"Well, hey" Super Pooch piped up "She's probably already already at the Safehouse."

Shadow Guy nodded. "That makes sense. I'm sure she met superheros like yourselves, too."

"Then what are we waiting for!" I said, my tail twitching in excitement. "Let's go into the Safehouse and see who else is here!"

"Way ahead of you, super buddy!"

 Turns out, Fredzilla was already at the door to the Safehouse. "Come on guys, let's open the the door together!"

So we walked (it wasn't far from where we were standing) towards Fredzilla, and now we were all in front of the door.

"Alright" Fredzilla cheered "let's see what's inside this door!"

Fredzilla turned the door handle, and opened the door-
