   Summary

   Azriel kills Beron during a High Lord’s meeting, Eris becomes High Lord and Azriel is forced to remain in Autumn as per punishment for killing a High Lord. Autumn secrets are unlocked and Azriel tries to deny his growing attraction for Eris. Az struggles with his internalized homophobia and his belief of not being good enough for his family much less a mate. Eris is aware of mating bond, Az is not. Eris tries to help Azriel navigate his feelings but there’s only so much he can do until Az has to choose to fight for himself.
