"I'm going to protect you Chifuyu, and part of that is getting away from all of this. just leave it be and live your life"
"I don't need your protection I'm not leaving you Baji-san." Chifuyu choked out how could Baji try and push him away after everything they had been through together after he stayed by his side through everything so far.
the older got up ad hugged the younger "I'm never leaving you, Chifuyu Matsuno. ill always be here for you but I just can't have you around and have you get hurt too. you're the closet person to my heart "
"I'm still not gonna leave you Baji-san"
"and as I said I'm not gonna leave you either"
they stayed like this for a minute Baji holding Chifuyu in his arms. trying desperately to keep him there as long as possible away from the dangers and killings of the gang world he wouldn't leave.
