Dear Professor,
It is with a heavy heart that I have been tasked to relay to you that the Higher Council has decided to terminate the experiment trials your laboratory has conducted. While I can objectively agree that your experiment might provide outstanding results for military development, I believe that the Higher Council has a reason to cancel further testing for the nation's good.
With this, you are advised to exterminate the living test subjects and to destroy all genetic materials to prevent any information or technology leak until further action of the Higher Council.
You are also invited to the meeting on the 14th of July at the Canary Hotel to attend the annual science and technology seminar.
