Summary
After joining the Order of the Phoenix in June of 1996, Annabeth is now working alongside Fred and George to keep Harry safe despite the fact he's still off at Hogwarts. While working as a shopkeeper for Mr. Ollivander, the shop is attacked by Yaxley and Fenrir Greyback, the latter of whom has been out to kill Annabeth since she evaded death at his hands at three years old. Greyback is forced to leave her behind at the destroyed shop, stunned, as he and Yaxley are called back by Lord Voldemort to return with Mr. Ollivander. Scared for her life, Annabeth closes the shop fully and goes to work full time with the Order. What will she have to do to keep her cousin safe while he's at Hogwarts? What kind of Protector can she be when she's so far away from him? And what is waiting in the shadows for Annabeth, the Weasleys, Harry, and Hermione in the future?
