Summary
When the retirement plan came into motion, he was already settled into the human skin. The draconic instinct in Zhongli grew dormant after millennia of lack of use. Frankly, it would be an understatement to say that any sort of primal desires haven’t appeared on his mind for longer than he could bother to remember. It was alright by him.
