   Summary

   When Mencken asked him for a drink in his room after everything, Roman immediately said yes. He’s buzzing; for once in his fucking life, things are coming up Roman and it’s fucking massive. He’s not sure what he expected to happen but this conversation is definitely taking some kind of a turn. Alright—that’s a fat fucking lie, he knows where this is going, they’ve been trading fuck me eyes all night long. The thing is, though, that it’s been a minute for Roman and while he finds it generally easy to just play along and see how things turn out, he’s also dreading the deed at the same time. He tries really fucking hard to not think about how this has the potential to go sideways in t-minus three minutes. It works, kinda.
