When the twins were 14, Wanda got very sick. She nearly died in the arms of her brother. There was barley and medicine in Sokovia, and if there was, two 14 year olds sure as hell couldn’t afford any.
2 years later Wanda gets sick again, Pietro worry’s and the avengers have to show him that there are ways to cure his sisters sickness.
