    after putting his stuff away, he turns to tanner, pausing at the stare tanner gives him. "what are you looking at?" they snark, hands on his hips, breaking into a smile at tanner's soft chuckle.

    "you, silly. you're so pretty." he says, fond and soft in a way only the boys have really seen. it makes grunk choke up; they love seeing all his boyfriends like this. he melts at the words and embraces the taller, intently listening to his heartbeat. "come with me, baby. we have a surprise for you."

    grunk perks up at this, looking up at tanner with his big doe eyes. "for me? what is it?" he's met with a chuckle.

    "it's a surprise. you have to come downstairs to see."
