Summary
18-year-old Sakura Haruno is no longer the naive little girl she once was. Under the tutelage of Lady Tsunade, she has attained the rank of Jonin, become Konoha’s head medic, and has made a name for herself in the shinobi world. Despite her many accomplishments, Sakura is still assigned to Team Seven and tasked with following every lead on the elusive and increasingly dangerous Sasuke Uchiha.
Sakura’s busy schedule does not leave any room for romance. However, she’d be lying if she said that she didn’t have complicated feelings for her best friend, Naruto Uzumaki. That’s why it’s so shocking when Sakura’s heart is unexpectedly drawn in another direction as well. Sakura doesn’t want to be in love, but now two very different men occupy her thoughts.
The ninja world is a cruel one. When the unthinkable happens, Sakura is left feeling shattered and struggles to remember what it feels like to be okay. She is forced to embark on a difficult journey of love, healing, and re-discovering herself.
