Summary
It's been two months since Logan Roy died, Waystar Royco officially sold to GoJo, and the presidency began to slip out of Jeryd Mencken's hands. Roman Roy is the owner and CEO of PGM, and once a pretty strong ally, which is why Jeryd Mencken is very confused about the media giant's swing towards an outright attack on his attempt to become President of the United States. They need a face-to-face to clear things up.
Roman's going through it in every possible way, and is not prepared for the text that arrives on his phone from the last person he expects to hear from: I'm in DC, where can I meet you?
It doesn't seem inevitable until it does, but when the inevitable comes, they can't help but answer.
