She orders for them. “Glad I made a good impression,” she goes on.
“That was impressive. When I saw the other turian carry you out, I thought that you were just another poor soul and nothing else. Then you sauntered back in here like you owned the place.” His mandibles flare. “Bold move, for a human.”
“Well, I’m known for making pretty bold moves.”

AKA, aria (while not exactly outright) tells shep to find someone to hookup with, and shep decides that that probably wouldn't be such a bad idea. she wants garrus but is under the impression garrus doesn't want her... until, that is, he comes across her flirting with another turian in the club. it's all uphill from there.
