Bio: Phoenix aka Nix is kidnapped at the age of 18 as they were walking down the street of Brooklyn and was experimented on to become another Super Soldier along with James Buchanan 'Bucky' Barnes back in 1945 just as the War ended by using the Super Serum to create another Super Solider to do the bidding of the Red Skull and Hydra
Frozen in time most of the times, hardly ageing Phoenix wakes up not knowing where they are but knowing their mission
That mission is: destroy the Winter Soldier if he ever diverted from his mission!
Family: unknown at the present time
Phoenix wear a necklace/ribbon for an unknown reason but they keep it close as it is the only thing you ever truly own and if anyone touches it they will kill them
Phoenix may appear aloof or with a blank expression but very deep down they care but they just can't quite grasp them and what they mean
