Chan smiles, grabbing Hyunjin by his biceps and squeezing. “Baby doesn’t have any experience with jealousy, huh?”
Jisung frowns—jealousy? Is that really all this is about? He could’ve put this to a stop before it even started! Hyunjin could have, too, if he bothered to use his brain for just a second. “There’s six of them and one of me. I couldn’t steal them all from you even if I wanted to.”
He expects the light bulb to go off over Hyunjin’s head. For him to realize his jealousy is unfounded and unnecessary. Jisung has no intention of being his competition anymore. They just established that before they left the nest, but maybe discussing it and putting it into motion were two different things? Whatever, Jisung can wait. He’s just glad that it’s finally out in the open so they can move on.
One glance tells him Hyunjin doesn’t look as relieved as Jisung feels.
“I guess I’m more worried about them taking you from me,” Hyunjin mumbles.
