Summary
It's been almost 20 years since Miranda brought back her daughter, after Ethan fell at the first hurdle, dying before even making it to Castle Dimitrescu. That night, Miranda harvested Rose's mold and made her daughter a new body; then she handed the infant girl to her lords and told them to keep her safe, lest she need this unique mold strain again.
Seeing as the lords couldn't agree on who should raise the child, they split custody, and Rose has grown up between four households.
Outside the mountains, war has raged, and the village - now a town - cannot stay untouched by it for long. Eva and Miranda have plans of world domination, and someone is going to have to stop them.
