Summary
This was an unfair world. It was, there was no sugarcoating it, it was outrageously unfair and shitty. Why was it like this? Simple, it had a system. A numeric system for human beings. Every human was born with a number on their wrist. This number represented their beauty on a scale from 1-10. That’s what they said, at least, nobody could assure that it was that way. However, the world worked around that system.
You were above 6? Great! You’ll have a good life.
You were above 8? Well, aren’t you lucky! You’ll live like royalty.
You had a 5? Yeah… Good luck with life.
You were below 5? You should kill yourself, unless you want to put up with a shitty life.
It was tough, but it was what it was.
Sero Hanta was an unlucky person. So was Eijirou Kirishima. They had both been born with numbers below 5.
However, they were both wonderful people with amazing talents. Hanta was born with an amazing voice that the 4 on their wrist did not portray, and Eijirou could create everything he could think of in a piece of blank paper, something that the 3 on his wrist would never tell.
