    Anakin's smarts, slave upbringing and not everyone on the council is an idiot

    Anakin realised at some point there was something off, started to ask questions, eventually realised the lessons he took away from classes wasn't quite what was intended to be taught in part due his non-jedi upbringing and in part due his slave upbringing, and someone on the council notices during a meeting where he asked for a moment to talk about it with Yoda (and is asked to be free to speak).

    Or

    Anakin causes everyone on the council sheer terror when they realize WHY he's had 'struggles' to learn the Jedi Way. And that he most definitely was a slave because no free child would have experienced any TWO of those things.
