   Summary

   Shouta was put up for adoption, because of his supposedly villainous quirk. It didn't help that he had a forced animal mutation- some jerk held him as a hostage and used their quirk on him to force the physical characteristics of the last animal he had touched- and to make matters worse, that was the first time he used his quirk.
