“What are you doing?” Katsuki asked.
“I was just looking at the sky”, the fucker said, “I like the clouds”.
“You can look at the clouds from the bench”, step away from the railing, “It would be better for your toothpicks of legs”.
“I guess they are toothpicks”, the nerd muttered before turning to Katsuki. A little head nod toward the bench was as clear of a question as any. Katsuki growled and marched up to the bench, but the nerd didn’t join him. Instead he turned his head back to the skies.
“It would be amazing to fly, wouldn’t it?” Deku asked. His hand reached up again as if he was trying to catch the clouds drifting in the sky.

Katsuki says something that he shouldn't, but he doesn't care. Not even when he follows the nerd up to the roof. What he doesn't realize is that is not the last time he does it. But maybe that's a good thing.
