Summary
What Toji had done could barely be called 'surviving'. He escaped Gojo Satoru missing his arm, his flesh and the centre of his heart.
His soul, his willpower, his humanity, his ability to feel happiness.
Everything. Gone.
First, it fell to his wife to piece him back together. Then it fell to their children to do the same for them.
Toji is fighting against his failing health as the wounds left by Gojo don’t heal properly, neither the physical nor the emotional. On top of that, his wife - or the woman he had married as his son’s babysitter - disappears, leaving him alone with two kindergarteners he has no way of taking care of.
An arduous task awaits him; he has to find his missing wife but only his children manage to push him forward. And sometimes, at the end of a journey, only more pain awaits you. Who is going to heal his wounds? Especially with Gojo deciding to look for him again.
