Man, what a day .
It wasn't really their most exhausting day ever, but it was tiring nonetheless. Of course, spending time with their Noctyx family will always be worth it. They also released the voice drama they have been working on in secret for a while now and they were happy with the fact that a lot of people were excited with the project
After their collaboration, they talked to each other a bit more off stream, talking about more collabs that they were planning and some more projects they can't share yet in public. They asked their fans for some suggestions regarding the games they should play next and there were some really good recommendations. They all promised to check some of them and give their opinions on their next group call.
Fulgur was the first to bid goodnight, he did sound a little tired and they did not want him pushing himself too much so they decided to end the call there. Uki sounded very worried as well and there was no doubt he would be doting over their resident cyborg throughout the night.
After they turned off their streaming equipment, Alban and Sonny both decided they were too tired to cook some dinner now, since they did have some snacks in the middle of their stream. Sonny yawned loudly and the brunette chuckled, pushing him towards their bathroom
"You go ahead and shower, Sonny. I still have something to check on with mane-san" technically, he didn't have to do that until tomorrow morning, but his lover looked so adorably sleepy he didn't want him to stay awake if he wanted to rest.
Sonny pouted a little "We can't shower together?" The look on his face was illegal and Alban did all he could not to fall for that temptation
"We're both tired, Sonny. Not tonight" he said firmly. Besides, he knew if he gave in, their managers would have their heads tomorrow if they both come in late to the meetings.
He'd really rather not remember how much the whole production team teased them to not end.
Not to mention the senpais that were included in that call.
Sonny looked like a defeated puppy, but did not argue. He hugged Alban close and allowed the smaller male to ruffle his hair before he dragged himself to the showers.
Alban chuckled amusedly. Sonny may always act deranged in the games he plays, but behind the scenes he's really just like an overgrown puppy.
Cute and affectionate.
He kept himself busy as he waited for Sonny to finish. He managed to send a message on his twitter too ( 'X' the app days now, he rolled his eyes)

It was a big project all four of them did together, so Alban was very hyped for the thing to be released. He grins as he creeped in on some of the replies.
"Man, that was nice" his attention was instantly pulled as Sonny's voice came out of the bathroom, wearing a simple loose dark gray shirt with his hair unstyled. Alban swallowed, he always did say any form of Sonny was perfect, and while he still stood by those words, a fresh-out-of-shower Sonny was definitely something else.
"Your turn, Alban" the blond instantly turned to him and smiled. Alban had to will the blush on his face and ears away.
"Thanks, Sonny" he meeped, and hurried along to the showers. He's definitely gonna need a cold shower first.
He could hear Sonny's amused chuckle as he closed the doors.
Originally, he intended to take a nice, quick shower and just hit the sack early, but ultimately, Alban ended up having a relaxing long bath. He didn't regret it though, his sore muscles felt better, his veins were definitely more relaxed than they were earlier.
He stepped out of the bathroom and looked for his blond lover, then noticed he fell asleep on the bed. Alban heaved a sigh of relief. He really rather have Sonny sleep and rest properly, he had been working so hard lately.
Since he was asleep, Alban had the opportunity to watch his face. He smiled happily, Sonny's face was always so peaceful and innocent when he was sleeping. He loved staring at his handsome face like this.
This devilishly handsome guy . He mused. How can you be so handsome, kind and perfect? He poked the man's cheeks.
Whoever created humans sure is playing favorites .
Sonny showed no signs of waking up and Alban knew that was for the best. The VSF officer had been working well into the night lately. It was good he was getting some rest.
He settled himself besides the blond, smiling in content. It wasn't long before Alban himself fell asleep, purring softly.
When the morning arrived, however, Alban was woken up by rays of sun coming into their room through the window. He forgot to close the curtains last night so now he was getting his early dose of natural Vitamin D
The brunette huffed, not wanting to get up and actually walk to the windows. He turned and saw Sonny, the man was still fast asleep and completely undisturbed by the rays.
Unfair .
Moving his body expertly he settled himself on top of the blond, burying his face on Sonny's other side with one arm hugging him. And while no, it didn't help them at all get away from the sun, Alban did have his senses overloaded with Sonny's scent and everything Sonny. He felt so comfortable, he was almost falling back asleep.
Almost
Because when he looked up, he saw Sonny's purple blue eyes blinking at him. He smiled sheepishly, before kissing him on the cheek. "Good morning, Sonny"
"Alban~" he resisted the urge to blush at the man's deep morning voice and buried his face deeper on Sonny's side. Why did this man suddenly have to wake up now?
He thought about moving back to his original position in the bed, but the man had suddenly moved.
"Alban…" Sonny's arms wrapped around him, effectively trapping Alban with no means of escape, not that he'd want to.
"Uh, yeah?" So he ended up nestled right on top of Sonny, and while this position was also very comfortable, it was a little embarrassing to be in so early in the morning.
"Alban…"
"Uh, Sonny?"
"Good Morning…"
Alban had to chuckle at that "Well, GM to you too…"
They enjoyed some time just lying in each other's embrace. Alban sighed happily and nuzzled further into Sonny. No wonder everyone kept calling him a cat.
"Alban…"
"Hmmn?"
"Don't move too much, Alban…" there was a slight frown on the man's face. And for a second, Alban was worried something was wrong.
Until he tried to move slightly and figured out the problem.

OH
"This is…uhh" Sonny's face went up in flames and Alban blinked at him before blushing too
" Really , Sonny?"
"Hey, cut me some slack," the blond whined. "I fell asleep alone last night, then woke up with Alban on top of me. I have hormones. "He looked like a big puppy.
"Geez, alright, come here" who was he to resist this man who obviously want him so early in the morning
"Are you sure? Didn't you say we have a meeting?" The look on Sonny's face shows he could care less about any meeting, but he needed to confirm it with Alban anyway
"Well, as long as we don't get late…come here, Son—ah!" He didn't even get to finish his sentence before his lover pounced on him.
…Of course, in the end, they were again late for the meeting
