Summary
For a deity whose dominion was over the darkest corners of the mind's wants and wishes, the goddess of dreams was said to have forced tyrannical laws against lust over her followers up until she was slaughtered. Morax learns this when he is left alone with the yaksha he saved from her, who knows nothing about his own body and its desires. And in the midst of turmoil and bloodshed, even he cannot remain steadfast against temptation forever.
