   Summary

   A glimpse into Toji Z̶e̶n̶i̶n̶ Fushiguro's past, and his life with the only woman who tamed the monster within him.

   Blood, scars, and violence are the only things he’s ever known, until the day he meets a gentle soul whose kindness ultimately redeems him. They fall in love and get married. He abandons his vices and his thirst for revenge against the Zenin Clan, and they build a small family of their own. However his peace is short-lived when she dies, and with it, the last trace of his humanity marking his descent into madness.
