Shouto’s a petty brat and Katsuki is a coward and they’ve been dancing around each other for years and Katsuki’s probably the only one still delusional enough to hope they’re going to figure it out.
Shouto made a point to rub it in Katsuki’s face. To tug on Deku’s tie and leave a smear of crimson lipstick on Eijirou’s collar and take them both home.
To the home he shares with Katsuki.
Or: Katsuki has loved Shouto since high school. This isn't news to anyone. Except Shouto.

Where it mentions that Bakugou loves Shoto and even had sex with him before and how Shoto is not loud during sex. Mentions how the first Bakugou had sex with Shoto and how he thinks he's not good enough for Shoto. They never talked about it and how Shoto was sitting down and poking at Shinsou's eyebags the next day.
Bakugou comes home and hears Shoto moaning, and he's having sex with Izuku and Kirishima. Bakugou tells them to keep going and he will watch.
Later, Shoto apologizes and thinks that Bakugou doens't like him anyway since he hasn't done anything and he thinks he's damaged good. Bakugou kind refers to Shoto as a slut and whore but Shoto says he doens't get paid money but Bakugou says he should and thinks he might make more money doing that than being a hero. Bakugou says he's loved Shoto since he was sixteen and in high school. Bakugou tells Shoto to not have sex with others anymore and Shoto agrees and says that Bakugou is his favorite and thinks that he started liking Bakugou after he made him soba.
