Summary
Katsuki blinks sluggishly at the light coming from the tall windows of the empty common room. He’s shivering, despite the weather being hot as balls outside: it’s the middle of summer and yet he’s huddled up under a blanket, groaning at the discomfort of his aching bones and trembling muscles.
He closes his eyes, trying to shield them from the harsh sunlight, when he hears the soft, uneven slide of slippers across the floor. Cracking an eye open, he sees Deku stumble in his direction: he’s pale as a ghost, heavy dark circles under his eyes as he rubs his runny nose with the sleeve of a baggy hoodie - which looks suspiciously similar to the one Katsuki forgot in Izuku’s room a few months prior.
Cute - and disgusting, Katsuki thinks, shaking his head.
“Great,” he manages to croak out with a feeble, scratchy voice, “you’re sick too?”
