A Dream of Lavender Desires

Summary:

But this is not a day of summer,
But the night of lavender desires..

Notes:

I wrote this sapphic erotica for my ex girlfriend back in March. I decided to publish my first work here.

Constructive criticism is allowed and encouraged but hateful and inappropriate comments will be blocked and deleted.

It's best to listen to Fletcher's slowed song "Girls, Girls, Girls" while reading the whole thing haha.

Work Text:

As night falls, a sweet dream envelops me
I see two ladies draped in white garbs of silk
Their hands intertwined and soft as the rose's petals in a field of blooms

They laugh, they run
Across the meadow
On the mountains up above
And on the twinkling lake of stars
They run and jump until they reach their haven of secrets
Their haven where they are safe, happy and free from the world's barbarity and desolation

But those pale in comparison to what their hearts beat and feel for each other
They share a warm embrace of love as their breaths hum a melody in their world so silent

Sweet smiles of sugar turn into coy smiles of mischief
Their silken garbs fall to the marble floor all forgotten
Their bare bodies soon lay snuggled in the tub

The maiden so kind and fair caresses the cheek of the female knight who hides all her past scars in a sour armor
"Is it a sin to desire you?" she asks with sadness laced in her voice
"Everyone curses our love as an abomination.. but a single care nor fright I do not give as our love will always transcend the entire universe for we are each others' universe.." the knight utters her reply

"I want you. I love you!" they both chant in unison
Their foreheads are now pressed against one another as their hands roaming on their nude bodies explore their innermost areas of intimacy
Their eyes locked and before they knew it...
Their lips plump and red crash
Their breasts petite and saccharine burn them like the sun on a hot summer's day

But this is not a day of summer,
But the night of lavender desires

Alas, this is only a dream that the so cherished goddess Aphrodite and her accomplice Sappho sent me..

I awaken with a gasp, my heart beating wildly on my bosom, my womanhood filled with arousal
A sunny smile joined by twin blushes paint my face
'If only that dream becomes a reality..' I, myself pray

Notes:

So.. sail or fail? 🤧😁

Fun fact: Lavenders symbolized homosexuality back in the 1900s and were usually given by queer people to their crushes or lovers.
