Booster was never ashamed of liking men growing up.
It never bothered him because he never thought it should have. Not being straight wasn’t frowned upon, it wasn't stigmatized or ridiculed. It was just a part of life, an ordinary occurrence.Booster knew the past was less than accepting, but after arriving in 1986, Booster was not prepared for this harsh reality.
