Summary
Sometimes back in that first year of being roommates, Jimmy kept lists of the weird things about Clark. Back then, he had three running theories: Clark was some kind of undead amalgamation (probably a zombie possessed by a ghost brought back via ouija board), Clark was a government experiment in the early phases (to disappear as soon as they got the data they needed), or Clark was an alien (sent to infiltrate their liberal arts college).
Three years into being roommates, they had been having one of those conversations about anything and everything late into the night when Jimmy fell off the top bunk as he leaned over to make an especially indignant point. Clark caught him so gently, Jimmy barely felt himself fall, until he was sitting in Clark’s lap on the floor and one thing led to another.
