After a long day of work, running around and arguing put the opposing counselor. All Nahyuta wanted to do now was sleep. They hadn't had enough time to book a hotel to stay in or tell Apollo that they were back in LA left the poor prosecutor without a place to sleep. But luckily for them they were going to sleep at their partners Place instead of until they get a room.
Now they only dated Diego for a 2-3 month and hasn't slept over at their place in any shape where form so this was a first, they've only gone out and talk in the office. Most mutual friends and coworkers probably never expect them to get along or even given there somewhat quite the opposite. But never mind that they were heading over right now.
Knocking on the door just a little bit nervous. The door open and they were greeted with the familiar scent of coffee.
"Hey there your holiness, long time no see." Diego stood in the entrance arm open for a welcome hug. Without hesitation Nahyuta immediately crashed into his arm and want just fall asleep and be held on those big, strong, tan, and warm arm. They take their luggage inside and set it by the door. "I'm most thankful for you letting me stay here, I'll make sure to repay you for this." "And how will you repay me~?" A smirk creep on the man face. "Don't twist my words." As they take off their boots. "Ya ya, same old you. Hungry?" Diego turned around looking at some take out menu that were pin to the side of the fridge "famished." "Does Mexican food sound good?"
As they wait for the food to arrive they talk and catch up on things, mostly on how things were back in Khura'in, any good trials, and the basic things.
The food arrived and they eat while having to fend off the two cats from trying to steal their food.
Diego has two cats named Celia and Camila. Celia is named after a singer, and Camila is named after his mother cat. Two small greyish brown tabby cat that love attention, and Nahyuta always finds it funny when he baby talks them especially in Spanish. They love putting their little paws up to you and meowing at you for food and you just can't help it.
"No, No puedes tener ninguno." (translation, no you can't have any) Diego said in that baby talk voices as the Celia meows at him to give her some. Nahyuta stifles of giggle as the Camila takes a bite out of their taco about them knowing. "Just give her some." "No she already fat enough, don't let her fool you. Also watch out Camilla just took a bite out of your food." As Diego pointed to the already half eating taco "Hey!"
The room was filled with laughs and giggles as they finish their food. And now time to clean up and wash up. And now Nahyuta was ready the for the moment they've been waiting for, sleep.
They crawled into the bed and snuggle up against their partner, to tired to pray and before Diego could even say goodnight they were already asleep. Diego sigh and gave a quick kiss on the forehead took off his visors set it on the charger on the night stand, wrapped his arms around Yuta and fell asleep.
3:00 a.m. Nahyuta woke up to a strange sound. Letting their eyes adjust to the darkness. The sound continue and sounded like scathing, now fully awake and a bit freaked out they shooked Diego awake as well. "Diego, Diego I here something!" They whispers. Diego rolled over all groggy from being woken up. "Huh? Oh ya I forgot." "Forgot what?" He slid out of bed put on his visor and walked to the bedroom door. The doorknob began to rattle, he opened the wide open and the tow cats walk in and made a bee line for the bed. "I forgot to mention they like to come and cuddle up with me." He made his way back over to the bed. " are you ok with them sle-" but Nahyuta had already fallen back to sleep, with the addition that Camila was curled up in their arms. Diego picked up Celia who was in his spot, gave another kiss to Yuta on the cheek, took off his visor and fell asleep. Everyone cuddled up together.
It was morning and Yuta just woke stretching their arms, they look down to the lovely surprise of finding Diego snuggled up with his cat. They smiled and lean down to wake him up.
"Good morning, I see you slept well." Kissing his cheek. "And good morning to you to, I see your cover in cat hair" Diego chuckle does he sat up. "Mmmm. Wants some breakfast?" They cats meow at him after hearing that "I guess they do as well." "Well then,let's go" as he pulled Himself out of bed, and with him the cats followed.
