Ben and Rook walk over to the Lewodan couple, and the box is revealed to contain their baby. The Lewodan mother thanks Ben and they walk away, hearing a loud sound, Ben hisses through his teeth at his leg, feeling the vibration through the ground, not a great walking distance from the truck, his thoughts get pulled away by Rook asking, "Are you alright?"
"I think I hurt my leg on the landing, but I'm fine," Ben said, trying to wave off Rook, getting into the alley, leaning against the wall a bit.
"I can carry you if it hurts," Rook offered as Ben's face turned red and he looked shocked at him for that particular idea.
"I'm fine! What pain?" Ben said with a flustered tone in his voice, nearly falling to the floor before Rook slips a hand under his knees and behind his back, carrying him, saying "Do not be stubborn."
Ben crossed his arms, his face on fire as they hid away from everyone, he rolled his eyes as Rook walked him over to the back of the truck, sitting him down softly on one of the benches, "I'm not a baby you know," Ben puffed out, looking away with a big amount of blush along his ears and neck.
"Just trying to take care of you," Rook said with a soft smile, kneeling down getting the medical kit and rolling up Ben's brown jeans, checking his leg for cuts, a single small stiffened giggled out of Ben's mouth before Rook looked up again at Ben's blushing face with a somewhat knowing look.
"Ben, if you say the joke you are going to say, do not or no smoothies on the way back to yours," Rook warned him before getting some stuff out to disinfect a small cut along Ben's upper thigh.
"But it's funny," Ben tried to say without laughing, putting his hand on Rook's head, patting it with a smile as Rook looked up, serious with his eyes half-lidded and in not the good way.
"Yeah be funny or smoothies your choice-" Rook placed a bandaid on his leg and got the cold up ice pack for Ben's knee, "- hold it okay?" He said as he stood up, his hand gilded into Ben's as Ben held his ice pack with the other one, he softly hissed at the coldness.
"Do I not get a get well soon kiss?" Ben jokingly said as Rook didn't get the joke and kissed Ben's cheek before getting over into the front of the truck and driving, leaving Ben in the back to think about what just happened with blush along his whole body.
