Summary
After scoring perfectly on his exams for the first time, He Xuan starts his journey home to bear the good news to his family and marry his beloved that he has known since childhood.
When stuck in a storm, he finds himself making the decision to practice for his wedding ceremony.
What he does not expect, however, is the practice to turn into a real marriage with a ghost.

Dragged down to ghost realm alongside his bride, he is forced to prepare for another version of their wedding, though this time, in front of the entirety of Ghost City.
To get back to the world of the living, He Xuan has to grapple with the fact he has to be deceitful to a woman who is completely besotted with him, and figuring out what about a woman with no pulse sets his heart aflame.
