Shinsou sighs, uncrossing his arms and taking a step forward like he wants to sit on the bed. But he hesitates, and scratches the back of his neck. “It was supposed to be a routine evacuation. You helped an entire neighborhood get out safely before pummeling some lowlife villain with a noxious gas quirk, all on your own.”
“I did?”
Shinsou grins. “Yeah. Not a scratch on you by the time it was all over. But some civilians wanted selfies with you afterward, and this little girl was so excited when you shook her hand, she accidentally activated her quirk.”
“Age regression?” Izuku guesses, his brain already buzzing with theories.
“Yep. Imagine my surprise when I showed up at the medical wing to find my freckly thirty-six-year-old pro-hero husband turned back into a freckly sixteen-year-old high school student.”
“Thirty-six?” Izuku squeaks. “Husband?”
