Severus hit him and laughed, “I do indeed know, James.”
“My puns simply Slytherin to any conversation,” James grinned, unfazed by the use of his first name. Severus let go of an exasperated sigh, “You are not a Slytherin.”
“And you tolerate my puns surprisingly well, Severus,” James remarked with a heart-shaped smile.
